About This Offer: You must be at least 18 years of age. This offer is available only to applicants who are residents of the United States, with the exception of Puerto Rico and the US territories, and may not be available if you already have or have had an Ally, Ollo or Plus credit card account or have applied for any of these credit cards in the last three months. Your Other Accounts with Us: As part of your application, we may use information about any other accounts you have with us, such as checking, savings, auto or invest accounts.
Your Telephone Numbers: You authorize us to contact you by using any telephone number you provide to us, including a mobile or cell phone number that you are authorized to use. In addition to manual calling, we may use text messages, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, or automatic dialing systems. We will not charge you for any contact, but your phone service provider may.
About Your Credit Report: You authorize us to obtain consumer reports in connection with our review of your application, and if we establish an account for you, to administer or review your account. You agree that we may report to others our credit experience with you (including any Authorized Users on the Account). If you ask, we will tell you the names and addresses of any credit bureaus from which we obtained a report about you.
If you have placed a security freeze on your credit with a credit reporting agency, please remove the freeze before you submit your application. Once your application is processed you can re-instate the freeze. If the application is submitted while your credit is in frozen status, we will not be able to process your application.
About the Variable APRs on Your Account: We use the highest Prime Rate listed in The Wall Street Journal on the last business day of each month. The APRs noted above are current as of 10/1/2024 using a Prime Rate of 8.00%. For the non-promotional Purchase, Balance Transfer and Cash Advance APRs, we add 20.99% to the Prime Rate. Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means to you: When you apply for an account, we will ask for your name, street address, date of birth, social security number, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see copies of identifying documents. We also ask for country of citizenship.
Zero Fraud Liability: Zero Fraud Liability covers fraudulent transactions made by others using your account. To be covered, don’t share personal or account information with anyone. Claims are subject to investigation and verification.
Credit Limit: We do not permit applicants to request a specific credit limit. If you are approved for an Ally card, the minimum credit limit for the new account will be at least $300 (and only a portion of the total credit limit will be available for Cash Advances).
Balance Transfers: You may request a Balance Transfer by phone or on our website at www.ally.com, after enrolling your account. Unless your account has an Introductory APR on Balance Transfers, the option to transfer balances from other credit accounts may not be available. Balance Transfers may not be used to pay off or pay down any other credit card accounts issued by Ally Bank.
Cash Equivalent Purchases: The purchase of money orders, travelers' checks, foreign currency, lottery tickets, gambling chips, wire transfers and other similar transactions (such as digital currency) are treated as Cash Advances. Cash Advance transaction fees apply. Please see the Cardmember Agreement for details.
New York Residents: New York residents may contact the New York State Department of Financial Services by telephone (800) 342-3736, or visit the website, www.dfs.ny.gov, for free information on comparative credit card rates, fees and grace periods.
Ohio Residents: Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.
Vermont Residents: We may obtain your credit reports for any legitimate purpose associated with the account or the application or request for an account, including but not limited to reviewing, modifying, renewing and collecting on your account. On your request, you will be informed if such a report was ordered. If so, you will be given the name and address of the consumer reporting agency furnishing the report.
Married Wisconsin Residents: No marital property agreement, unilateral statement or court decree under Wisconsin's marital property law will adversely affect our interests unless before your account is opened, you give us a copy of the agreement, statement or decree or we have actual knowledge of it. If you are approved for an Ally card, you agree to promptly notify us at Ally Credit Card, P.O. Box 9055, Gray, TN 37615-9055 if you have a spouse who needs to receive notification from us that credit has been extended to you.

Arbitration and Waiver of Jury Trial: The Cardmember Agreement which will apply to all accounts opened pursuant to this offer provides for binding arbitration and waiver of jury trial.
Governing Law: Any account opened in response to this solicitation shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable federal law.
ALLY® EVERYDAY CASH BACK PROGRAM SUMMARY
Below is a summary of the Ally Everyday Cash Back Program rules. The Program is governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the Program Rules brochure, which will be provided to you upon account approval.
Earning Cash Back Rewards
- You earn cash back rewards for Purchases, less credits, returns, and adjustments (“Net Purchases”), made with the Account by you and/or any authorized user(s) of the Account.
- You earn 3% cash back for every $1 of Net Purchases you make at gas stations, grocery stores and drugstores, each as described in the section below titled “Gas Station, Grocery Store and Drugstore Purchases”.
- You earn 1% cash back for every $1 of Net Purchases you make everywhere else.
- Balance Transfers and Cash Advances (including Cash Advance transactions such as money orders, wire transfers, casino or gaming chips, travelers’ checks, digital currency, foreign currency, vouchers redeemable for cash or similar items), fees, interest charges, and unauthorized/fraudulent transactions do not earn rewards.
- There is no limit to the total rewards you can earn, and your rewards points do not expire, as long as the Program continues and the Account is open, active and in good standing.
Gas, Grocery Store and Drugstore Purchases
- Gas station purchases are defined as Purchases made at automated fuel dispensers and service stations, as identified by the merchant category codes.
- Grocery store purchases are defined as Purchases made at grocery stores, as identified by the merchant category codes, excluding Purchases made at retail stores such as Target® and Walmart®.Other merchants not included in this category including for example, warehouse clubs, discount stores and merchants that sell a limited number of grocery items.
- Drugstore purchases are defined as retail pharmacy and drugstore locations as identified by the merchant category codes, excluding Purchases made at retail stores such as Target® and Walmart®.
- Purchases must be submitted by merchants using the applicable merchant category codes for these categories in order for your transaction to qualify for 3% cash back. We are not responsible for incorrectly coded purchases. Additional cash back may not be earned if the merchant submits the transaction using a mobile or wireless card reader.
Redeeming Cash Back
Rewards
- You may redeem cash back rewards for statement credits.
- To redeem, visit www.ally.com and follow the instructions, or contact customer service by calling the number on the back of your card.
- There is no minimum redemption amount for cash back.
Cash Back Restrictions
You will not be permitted to earn or to redeem cash back rewards during a billing cycle in which any of the following occur:
- You fail to make the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date.
- Your Account becomes delinquent.
- Your Account is otherwise in default under your Cardmember Agreement with us.
- You or any authorized user on the Account engage in any fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity through the use of the Program or the Account or engage in activity that we deem to be abusive or gaming conduct under the Program, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
Cash Back Forfeiture
You will forfeit your cash back rewards if any of the following occur:
- Your Account becomes seriously delinquent, as determined by us at our sole discretion.
- You or we close your Account for any reason, even if you are not in default under the Cardmember Agreement.
- Your Account is otherwise in default under your Cardmember Agreement with us.
- You or any authorized user on the Account, engage in any fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity through the use of the Program or the Account, or engage in activity that we deem to be abusive or gaming conduct under the Program, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
